​​Crypto Affiliate Manager (with Italian language) в трейдинговый проект

Requirements:
- 1+ years work experience as an Affiliate Manager
- 1+ years in Sales/Retention in Forex/ Crypto industry or similar
- Fluent English + Italian language is a must
- Deep understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channels
- Ability to operate independently and meet established deadlines on time
- Multi-tasking skill and attention to details
- Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity and positive attitude
- Proficiency working in Microsoft Excel, knowledge of affiliate networks
- Exceptional planning and project management skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel when needed to conferences and team meetings

Tasks and responsibilities:
- Recruiting and supporting new affiliates
- Maintaining existing affiliates
- Monitoring affiliate programs and activities
- Searching for Affiliate/Traffic networks and negotiating with them to join our affiliate program
- Communicating with designers - conversion promo materials preparation for Affiliates with a specific GEO (landing pages, teasers, banners)
- Preparing marketing briefs and working with our Creative Team to develop assets for campaigns
- Developing new campaign ideas and bonus offers for affiliates
- Representing the company on international events (exhibitions, meetups, seminars, etc.)
